Las Guacamayas & Flores FAQs

Reviews

“Big shout out to Bitty and Renato Fernández from Guatemala Nature. Hillstar Nature was invited to travel the under-visited highlands in and around Todos Santos and Sibinal San Marcos last week. Besides the incredible diversity of endemic and near-endemic bird species, the hospitality of locals was something else. We had the opportunity to share home cooked meals in their homes and so much more. The rugged views from this area are spectacular, especially at sunrise with a volcano visible in the background. And the birds… wow! Our incredibly hard working and knowledgeable guides were able to show us 5 species of owls, both guans (highland and horned) as well as many specialties such as Pink-headed Warbler, Goldman’s Warbler, Oscillated Quail, etc. If you ever think of visiting Guatemala for the birds, get in touch with Bitty from Guatemala Nature and you’re all set.”
