Our services

The website provides information about tours, destinations and travel planning, and ways to contact Guatemala Nature. GNT Ops supports authorized staff and providers in managing organizations, service catalogs and provider relationships. Access to operational features depends on your invitation, role and current permissions.

Accounts and authorized access

Provide accurate information and use only accounts and organizations you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in account secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. Google sign-in verifies your identity; it does not confer administrator status, provider access or a booking entitlement.

If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Do not share another person’s account, bypass access controls, or continue using access after your authorization ends.

Acceptable use

Use the services lawfully and respect other users, travelers and providers. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, misleading information or personal information you are not entitled to share. Do not attempt to disrupt the services, extract confidential data or access another organization’s information without authorization.

Travel inquiries and bookings

Submitting an inquiry, viewing a price or creating an account does not confirm a booking. Availability, itinerary, inclusions, payment requirements, cancellation and refund conditions are determined by the specific offer and booking terms presented for your trip. Review those terms before accepting or paying.

Bookings or payments made through WeTravel or another third-party service are also subject to that service’s applicable terms. These website terms do not replace the conditions of your confirmed booking or reduce any rights you have under applicable law.

Content and provider information

Website content, branding and materials belong to Guatemala Nature or their respective owners. You may view and use them for personal travel planning or authorized business activities. Obtain permission before reproducing or distributing protected materials beyond uses allowed by law.

You remain responsible for information you submit, including service descriptions, prices and contact details. You authorize us to store, process and display that information as needed to operate the services and make it available to users with the relevant permissions.

Third-party services and privacy

Google, WorkOS, WeTravel and other linked or integrated services have their own applicable terms. Their availability and features are controlled by their providers. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with these services.

Availability and account restrictions

We may maintain, update or change the services and correct errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all website information is always current. Contact us to confirm details important to your travel or operations.

We may restrict or suspend access when authorization ends, when these terms are violated, or when needed to address a security issue or legal obligation. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.

Responsibility and applicable rights

You are responsible for your use of the services and for confirming that a trip or service meets your needs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by applicable law. Specific travel commitments remain subject to the applicable booking agreement.
