As the elevation changes, so too does the forest, transitioning into cloud forest territory. Here, woodcreepers and trogons abound, while mixed flocks of warblers and vireos roam through the foliage. The cloud forest is home to a diverse community of birds, including the Common Chlorospingus and the elusive Guatemalan Tyrannulet, enriching the forest's tapestry of life.
